Everytime we throw something away it has to be collected and taken to landfill. Recycling is a better option and here in Callander we make good use of Stirling Council's Kerbside Recycling Servies, and we have the Lagrannoch Recycling Centre near at hand. Some good places to take unwanted items or to look for something you need are:

- For bikes Recyke a bike in Stirling

- For toys and baby items Good Green Fun

- Any item can be advertised on the 'Freegle' website. You can also search for items you want!

- You might want to consider bringing your unwanted clothes to Charity shops

- Home composting is another good way of recycling and the Master Composter scheme is there to help.
